House Rules

No parties, no drugs, no loud noises. Guests must be respectful of next door neighbors.

Please keep the noise level down when being out on the balcony and on the elevator landing.

No smoking inside the flat. Smoking on the balcony with balcony windows open is OK.

Trash should be taken out daily in a closed bag before 8pm. It should be placed outside the flat, in the basket. Please do not use the neighbor's trash bin.

When leaving the flat, all electrical devices and appliances should be turned off, this includes AC.

Keep all balcony windows closed when there is rain or wind.

Please use fly nets doors on the balcony so that mosquito nor flies come into the penthouse.

Guests should make sure that when taking a shower, water does not spill out of the shower, if water spills out, please mop it.

Do not place the water kettle under the counter when boiling water. When it is turned on, the steam from the hot water can melt the light strip underneath the kitchen cabinet.

There are items available for your use in the kitchen such as oil, salt, spices, coffee, tea, etc., please keep it all clean and organized as the way you found it.

Please leave all pantry/food items in sealed containers. There are containers with lids in the kitchen for your use.

Make sure the gas stove is turned off when not cooking.

Only take what you need from the items that are available in the apartment such as soaps, cooking items, coffee, etc. Thank you!!!

Please keep the home clean and be gentle with the furniture and furnishings.

Do not open the door to strangers. Anything suspicious, please contact your host Yucel immediately.

Please return the house in good condition as when you received it.

If you stay longer than 7 days, you must contemplate an extra cleaning service per week, fee is $20 USD.

Any damages will be charged to the guest. Any stains in the walls will be charged at $200 per wall.

Please place all used bed sheets and towels in the laundry basket.

Place all trash in a sealed plastic bag outside of the apartment in the basket.

Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Do not leave any personal items or trash in the flat.

Please make sure that all the items are back in its place the way you found them.

Please return sets of keys to Yecel. Feel free to leave the cleaning fee with Yucel.

Any damaged walls, stains on furniture or damaged furniture will be charged at $400 per damage.
